• Please aim to be in the Hall by 1.15 pm to allow us to set up any equipment and allow you to familiarise yourself with our microphones and projector. We are actually in the Hall from 11.30 am so you can arrive earlier if you wish.
• We have all the equipment you may need: a laptop, overhead projector, screen, microphone and WiFi.
• We would love to feature your talk in our monthly Magazine so if you could supply two or three photographs and a few hundred words relating to your talk or presentation this would enhance the write up.
• If you do arrive early, you can leave your car in the car park and walk up the hill into Chepstow where you will find cafes and pubs where you can get lunch.
• Please note there is a £2 charge for the car park which can be paid at a very slow machine on site or via the PayByPhone app
