For our September meeting, on the 30th September, members of the Art Appreciation group will paying tribute the art and life of David Hockney following his recent passing. The afternoon will cover a number of aspects of his art including his paintings of Normandy, Yorkshire and California as well as his passion for portraits and opera designs. I'm sure this will be a fitting memorial to one of the country's great artists.
