As a Charity we are obliged to maintain a list of all equipment purchased by the Committee or by Groups.
Our equipment is stored in various places including the Drill Hall, Jenny Channing’s garage, Chepstow Club and an ‘Archive’ cupboard in the Chepstow Leisure Centre while some Groups look after equipment purchased specifically for them.,
The Secretary stores scanned copies of old paper files and current versions of minutes, financial reports, Gift Aid Declarations, policies, Constitution etc. on a hard disk.
