Before Departure

After Departure

  • Welcome to this AwayDays visit – particularly first timers.
  • Driver’s name
  • GLs names
  • If there is a stop, where is it, how long? etc.
  • AwayDays phone number on lanyards. Add to own phone?
  • Planned arrival at Venue:
    • Time
    • Booking in arrangements
    • Depart time. Arrive at coach 10 mins. before coach departure
  • If Second Venue – repeat the above

Before Members Leave Coach

  • Reminder of Coach departure time
  • Also as members leave coach?
  • GLs to take list of members and phone numbers

 Departure from Final Visit

  • Collect lanyards
  • Count empty seats before departure
  • Drop off at Hospital layby? Nowhere else.
  • Back in Chepstow about – give estimated time depending on traffic.

Arrival in Chepstow Area

  • Send photographs to AwayDays email address and they will be displayed on the website
