- Booked up to December 2026:
- First Tuesday of every month apart from August
- From 11.00 am to 4.00 pm (£16 per hour = £80 total)
- But December (Christmas Party) from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Includes Kitchen (£10)
- Includes Overhead Projector (£30)
- Setting up tables and chairs
- Stage lighting when required (£20).
- Stage lighting is a worthwhile extra for Bands and Choirs performing on the Stage.
- Cost of a normal hire will be £80+£10+£30=£120 (+£32 for Christmas Party)
- We use our own microphone and speaker systems (Saves £20)
- If we don't take away our waste they charge £5 per bag.
- Kitchen room used for a Committee Meeting from 11.30 am to about 1.00 pm
- Technical Team usually arrive around 12 noon
- Corner cupboards (one tall and adjacent lower one) in Kitchen room hold tea making equipment and technical equipment. Entry code know to appropriate people. Recorded on Secretary Drill Hall contact details sheet.
- Tea Duty volunteers arrive around 1.30 pm.
- Speaker usually arrives around 1.15 pm
Note
- Friday and Saturday is £20 per hour
- Stage lighting is £20
- Running own bar is £50 but does not apply for supplying punch or wine at our Christmas party.
