Subjects vary, talks are by outside speakers or by our members. At least twice a year we make outside visits to see Original Works, Galleries, Museums and other exciting stuff! We are a friendly and welcoming group, and there is always an interval for tea and chat.

We normally meet on the last Wednesday of the month in Community Room 1 at Chepstow Leisure Centre starting at 2.00 pm, entrance £3, for a presentation on some aspect of Art, Art History, Sculpture or Design.

We run an ‘Open Membership’ and so welcome any member of Chepstow u3a to any of our activities.

Talks this year have focused on various women artists from the well known to the unappreciated.  We will also have two trips to Cardiff Castle and to Swansea to see the Brangwyn murals, the Glynn Vivian gallery and Margam Abbey.
